WHAT IS NEW?

  The data format was simplified by combining 2 pairs of data lines into 2 new data lines.

  1.) The data lines :
                               MOS <0.4µm to >=0.3µm  and  MOS <0.3µm to >=0.2µm

   were combined into one new data line : MOS <0.4µm to >=0.2µm

  

  2.) The data lines:
                              MOS <0.2µm to >=0.16µm  and  MOS <0.16 to >=0.12 µm

   were combined into one new data line : MOS <0.2µm to >=0.12µm
